Essex County Player Wins $600,000 Scratch-Off Prize
Newark Player Captures Top Award in Crossword Xtreme
TRENTON (January 14, 2025) – A New Jersey Lottery player in Essex County won $600,000 this past Saturday in the Crossword Xtreme Scratch-Off game, the third and final of the game’s top prizes.
The $30 ticket for the game (#01926, released on July 31) was sold at Ralph’s Liquors, 65-67 Elizabeth Avenue in Newark. A new version of the game, #01968, was released this week and has three top $600,000 prizes available.
Other top prizes last week:
- $250,000: Jan. 7. $250,000 Crossword. $10 ticket sold at Wawa #499, 388 Greentree Road, Sewell, Gloucester County. Two of six top prizes remain.
- $200,000: Jan. 7. Sizzling Hot 7’s. $5 ticket sold at Quick Food, 745 Poole Avenue, Hazlet, Monmouth County. Prize was fourth and final of available top prizes.
- $200,000: Jan. 6. Deep Pockets. $5 ticket sold at 7-Eleven #24107, 317 Morris Avenue, Summit, Union County. One of four top prizes remain.
