TRENTON (January 19, 2026) – A New Jersey Lottery player in Middlesex County on Friday matched four white balls and the Mega ball as well as the 10X multiplier to increase a $10,000 prize to $100,000.
In April 2025, the multi-state game enacted a rule change that provided players with a free random multiplier. Players are eligible to win a 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X or 10X multiplier. The ticket was sold at Jersey Pride Food Store, 19 Route 516 in Old Bridge. The winning numbers were 02, 22, 33, 42 and 67. The Mega ball was 01. No player won the jackpot, which is $250 million heading into Tuesday’s drawing.
Friday’s prize was the largest multiplier factor in the Garden State since the rules changed.
In dollar terms the largest prizes from multipliers in New Jersey came when a Bergen County player in June matched five white balls and hit the 4X multiplier to win $4 million, up from $1 million, and an Ocean County player in October hit the 3X multiplier to win $3 million.
