Voluntary Self Exclusion & Timeout

Time Out allows a player to take a short break from their VIP Club account for a period of time.

Keep in mind that Time Out cannot be reversed, and you also will not be able to create a new VIP Club account.

During the break, you will not be able to log into your VIP Club account. This means you will not be able to submit Second Chance entries or make purchases, and we’ll also pause any wagering subscriptions you may have. If any of your previously purchased tickets is a winner, we’ll be sure send your winnings to the Withdrawal Method you set up in your account, or we’ll save those winnings in your account if you haven’t set up a Withdrawal Method.

We also won’t send you any marketing notifications during your break. However, while you will be removed from our marketing lists immediately, this may not prevent you from receiving emails, text messages, or push notifications that are already in the process of being dispatched. We would therefore ask you to please disregard any such material received within the first hour of your break.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion is a formal process whereby you request us to prevent you from being able to access your VIP Club account for a period of time.

While the Voluntary Self-Exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed. You also will not be able to create a new VIP Club account.

During this period, you will not be able to log into your VIP Club account. We will not accept any deposits or bets from your VIP Club account, you will not be able to submit Second Chance entries, and we will cancel any wagering subscriptions you may have. You will also not be able to withdraw any funds from your VIP Club account, and any winnings for already-purchased tickets will be automatically returned to your Withdrawal Method (or to your VIP Club account if you don’t have a Withdrawal Method set up).

Also, we will not send you any marketing notifications during this time. However, please note that while you will be removed from our marketing lists immediately, this may not prevent you from receiving emails, text messages, or push notifications that are already in the process of being dispatched. We would therefore ask you to please disregard any such material received within the first hour of self-excluding.
